He has led enterprise-wide technology, governance, and compliance initiatives for organisations including Adams & Adams, Webber Wentzel, and Capricorn Capital Partners, driving modernisation, strengthening risk and governance frameworks, and supporting business growth through structured technology leadership.
Through Tandem CIO, Anthony provides fractional CIO leadership combined with hands-on governance and compliance execution. His focus is on building commercially sustainable operating models that:
